Here are procedures to ensure we get the most out of the skyhawk.
- Refueling – do not load more than 15 gallons into the plane. The plane only consumes 6 gallons and only needs reserves of about 3 gallons flying at best endurance speed.
- Cruise – 3000ft, at engine redline. If the Caravan cost peanuts then the Skyhawk costs tiny little hamster nuts to run, the goal is to fly as fast as you can!
- Payload – every flight must be loaded with as many students and packages as are available.
